Hello!
What if the way you see yourself is influencing everything around you?
Trading Mirrors is a new book by Deborah DiMiceli, author, speaker, and founder of Esteem Academy. It's about the inner image we carry, how it shapes every relationship and decision, and how trading that mirror changes everything.

About the Book
Our self-image is often built on lies and limitation.
A parent's comparison. A teacher's dismissal. A partner who made you feel too much and not enough at the same time. You believed them because you never knew you could question the reflection.
Trading Mirrors is Deborah DiMiceli's unflinching examination of how those images form, why they stick, and what it takes to build a reflection that loves you back. Rooted in love for her sister Lisa who never saw her true reflection and woven with neuroscience, quantum physics, and spiritual truth, it reads like a deep conversation with a trusted friend.
The journey unfolds in four S.E.E.D. Seasons: See the mirror you're holding. Examine how it was built. Elevate from surviving to thriving. Design the life you were always meant to step into.
This is not a book you read once and shelve. It’s a companion for life.
Trading Mirrors is about finding your way back to your true reflection. It helps you uncover what's beneath what you see and leads you on a journey to examine and elevate your perspective through practices grounded in multiple scientific disciplines, and rooted in kindness.

What Deborah Brings
Deborah DiMiceli has spent years building practical, science-backed programs that help people uncover who they truly are. She's building communities where authentic versions of people thrive. Her work bridges neuroscience and human connection, incorporating the biology of kindness, self-perception, and the way one person's inner clarity ripples outward into every relationship and experience they have.
She'd love to teach her findings and practices to your organization and its members.
